For direct help, email support@blueskateboard.com. Include the app name, device model, operating system version, and a short description of what happened.
Account and billing
Open the app settings for account and subscription actions. If something looks wrong, include your account email and a screenshot when you contact support.
Sending problems
Confirm the recipient fax number, document readability, and network connection. Delivery can fail if the receiving fax line is busy or unavailable.
